You and your family or friends are always welcome to visit your pet between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Saturday excluding bank holidays. You will be made very welcome and refreshments are on the house. You will need to stay inside the kennel or cattery with your pet and arrange a time with the staff to be let out again! Please don't worry if you are unable to visit for whatever reason as the pets soon make friends with their neighbours and get lots of love and attention from the staff.

You can visit as often as you like and stay as long as you wish within these visiting times.
