We would like to thank you and your team for all your hard work over the past 6 months, in ensuring that Missy, Inca and Luffy’s stay in quarantine was an enjoyable one for them – they certainly loved all the love and attention that they got during their stay. Your facilities are excellent and most importantly clean, and all the staff are friendly and caring. We would like to particularly acknowledge the work that you did prior to their arrival, in giving us the right advice for all the processes and procedures in getting them home, as well as sorting out the paperwork and transit – you took an awful lot of stress out of the situation. It's not easy relocating and adding pets to the process can make it a nightmare but, thanks to you the quarantine period has flown and you certainly lived up to your name; always treating our cats as the 'precious pets' they are. You always went the 'extra mile'; nothing was ever too much trouble and we know if the 'furries' could talk (at least so's we understood them) they'd say it's been a great holiday. You were such good 'foster parents' and I'm sure the only problems we'll have when they get home is over them not being as spoiled as while they were with you!!!!!! "Just a quick note to say a huge thank you for looking after our lovely lab Elvis for his quarantine. You were so helpful even before he arrived as your advice regarding proceedures and paperwork was fantastic. The fact that you had provided information even on how to measure him for his crate was amazing. He had a very long flight from Singapore but we knew as soon as he landed he would be in the best surroundings. It is very hard as a family to be separated from your dog but he was so well looked after by you all that the time passed very quickly. Each time we visited all the staff were happy and smiling and it is so evident how much they all love working with the dogs and cats. He certainly got plenty of attention! Elvis is very bouncy and his personality is as vibrant as ever. As soon as we got home it was like he hadn`t been away! Thanks to all your input he is as well trained as ever and is now enjoying bounding round the open countryside! We would thoroughly recommend you and in future if we travel abroad we will bring him back to stay in the kennels. Thank you so much."
