Quarantine

These pages give you information about the quarantine services we provide at Precious Pets and advice about transportation of your pets to the UK with details regarding fees and the paperwork.  

Visiting

We are open for visiting 7 days per week from 10:30am to 5pm every day except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day when we are closed to visitors. You may visit as often as you wish and for as long as you wish without notice or prior appointment.  You will be made very welcome and refreshments are on the house. You will need to stay inside the kennel or cattery with your pet and arrange a time with the staff to be let out again! Please don't worry if you are unable to visit for whatever reason as the pets soon make friends with their neighbours and get lots of love and attention from the staff.

Your Pets Care

Precious Pets prides itself on the care, welfare and happiness of all its residents. We are fortunate to have our own valley on the edge of the picturesque Royal Forest of Dean, with our Kennels and Cattery being sheltered and surrounded by ancient woodland.

We do everything we can to make your pets feel at home and minimise stress. All the pets staying at Precious Pets have plenty of human contact and are regularly given basic grooming.
