Grooming

We will undertake maintenance grooming for your pet which includes bathing and brushing on request. The cost for this service is £10 per pet. Cutting and specialist grooming can be arranged for an extra charge.

Collection and delivery

We can collect your pet from your home and drop off back to you at the end of your holiday. Please contact us for details and prices or discuss with us when booking your pet for their stay at Precious Pets.

General information

We provide for all your pets needs whilst staying at Precious Pets including food, bowls and bedding. You are welcome to bring a comfort blanket or favourite toy if required, but nothing too small or chewable. Any items are left at the owners risk.

We try to match as closely as possible the type of food your pet is used to eating. We have a range of good quality complete foods or tinned meat if required. We will discuss your pets feeding requirements on arrival. You are welcome to bring your own food if you prefer or if needed for medical reasons.

If your pet needs medication this not a problem, we will administer free of charge according to yours or your Vets instructions. Our Vet visits daily and is on-call 24 hours a day in the unlikely event that medical attention is required.

It is a condition of our boarding licence that annual booster vaccinations are up to date. You must bring your pets vaccination card along with you when bringing your pet into Precious Pets. We also ask that vaccination against infectious bronchitis (kennel cough) are given to all dogs. This must have been given at least 5 days prior to arrival. These vaccinations provide protection for your pet and all the other pets staying at Precious Pets.

Our dog kennels and cat pens are extra large and can accommodate up to 3 or 4 pets belonging to the same family. Discounts are given for pets sharing.

All dogs are exercised twice daily and cuddles provided free of charge!
