Our cattery was completed in Autumn 2003 and provides spacious pens for up to 4 cats belonging to the same family. There is a lower open exercise area, where a litter tray is located with a ramp up to an enclosed area that is heated in the cooler months. There are open views over woodland and cats can see their neighbours if they choose to. We pride ourselves on high standards of hygiene at Precious Pets, you can be reassured that all cat pens are thoroughly disinfected between guests and cleaned carefully every day.
Special diets and medication supplied by the pet owner are not a problem and will be administered according to your instructions. Our vet visits daily and is on-call 24 hours a day in the unlikely event that medical attention is required. We provide bedding and food bowls but please bring along a 'comforter' such as an unwashed small blanket or piece of clothing to remind them of home. Toys and scratch posts are welcome too. Annual vaccinations are essential and you must bring your cat's vaccination card with them. The vaccinations must be up to date and have been given at least 5 days prior to arrival and preferably more than 14 days earlier. The cats are given attention as often as we can, if that is what they like. Cuddles provided at no extra charge! Full grooming services are available, details on request Collection and/or delivery service is available - please ask about this if required. |

We supply a good complete food and Whiskas tinned meat, the majority of cats do very well on it and certainly seem to enjoy it. Diet is, of course, adjusted according to size, breed, age and condition. You are welcome to bring your own food if you prefer or for medical reasons. 
There is plenty of room to keep their travel box in their pen, and some cats actually choose to sleep in them during their stay. 
We will ask you about nick names, likes and dislikes, temperament, exercise, diet, medication, vet, pick up dates/times and emergency contact details when you arrive.
